日本で唯一の劇場専属舞踊団として、りゅーとぴあ 新潟市民芸術文化会館を拠点に活動するNoism。
芸術監督・金森穣のもと、新潟から世界を見据えたカンパニー活動と、舞踊家たちの圧倒的な身体によって生み出される作品は、国内外で高い評価を得ています。
このたび、メインカンパニーNoism1では、日本の舞踊芸術の未来を共に切り拓いていく気概のある男性舞踊家を募集します。
活動概要 メインカンパニーNoism1のメンバーとして、年間を通じて活動します。
○クラス
・Noismメソッド：床との関係性における、身体の軸／重心／身体の緊張感を養うためのクラス
・Noismバレエ：クラシックバレエを基礎としたNoismオリジナルのバレエクラス
○リハーサル 金森穣演出振付の新作クリエーション、Noism1レパートリー 等
○公演 毎年春・秋に本公演を開催。新潟で初演の後、日本国内各地巡演。海外ツアーあり。
活動期間 13th シーズン（2016年9月~）より1年毎の更新制
活動時間 週5~6日（9:30~18:00）
休日：毎週月曜日＆隔週日・月曜日 年末年始及び夏季長期休暇あり

活動拠点 りゅーとぴあ 新潟市民芸術文化会館
待遇 年契約（報酬月割支払い）／傷害保険対応／その他カンパニー規定による

応募資格 新潟市に居住可能な20歳~35歳までの男性。
上記活動時間すべてに参加できる方。シーズン途中の退団は原則不可。

金森 穣 Jo KANAMORI
演出振付家、舞踊家。りゅーとぴあ 新潟市民芸術文化会館 舞踊部門芸術監督／Noism芸術監督。17歳で単身渡欧、モーリス・ベジャール等に師事。イリ・キリアンにその才能を認められ20歳で演出振付家デビュー。10年間欧州の舞踊団で舞踊家／演出振付家として活躍したのち帰国。2004年4月、りゅーとぴあ新潟市民芸術文化会館舞踊部門芸術監督に就任し、日本初の劇場専属舞踊団Noismを立ち上げる。近年ではサイトウ・キネン・フェスティバル松本での小澤征爾指揮によるオペラの演出振付を行う等、幅広く活動している。2014年6月より新潟市文化創造アドバイザーに就任。平成19年度芸術選奨文部科学大臣賞、平成20年度新潟日報文化賞ほか受賞歴多数。

Noism（ノイズム）
りゅーとぴあ 新潟市民芸術文化会館を拠点に活動する日本初の劇場専属舞踊団。演出振付家・舞踊家の金森穣がりゅーとぴあ舞踊部門芸術監督に就任したことにより、2004年4月設立。正式メンバーで構成されるプロフェッショナルカンパニーNoism1（ノイズムワン）と研修生が所属するNoism2（ノイズムツー）の2つのカンパニーからなり、日本国内をはじめ海外8か国11都市でも公演を行っている。09年にはモスクワ・チェーホフ国際演劇祭との共同制作、11年にはサイトウ・キネン・フェスティバル松本制作のオペラ＆バレエにカンパニーとして参加する等、その活動は多岐に渡り、新潟から世界を見据えたカンパニー活動と、舞踊家たちの圧倒的な身体によって生み出される作品は国内外で高い評価を得ている。設立から10年以上を経た今なお国内唯一の公共劇場専属舞踊団として、21世紀日本の劇場文化発展の一翼を担うべく、常にクリエイティブな活動を続けている。第8回朝日舞台芸術賞舞踊賞受賞。

Noism1 – RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center Residential Dance Company, directed by Jo Kanamori is seeking for experienced male dancers aged 20-35, with strong technique for next season 2016/17.Noism is a leading dance company in Japan, based in RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center.Performance takes place in Niigata every autumn and spring, tours in Japan and overseas.Contract will start from September 2016 and renewed every year.

Jo Kanamori
Theater Director, Choreographer, and the Artistic Director of RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center Dance Division and its residential dance company Noism. Moved to Europe by himself when he was 17 years old, and studied under Maurice Bejart. Approved of his talent by Jiri Kylian, Kanamori made his debut as theater director and choreographer at age 20. After ten years of working for several dance companies in Europe, he returned home and established Noism, Japan’s first residential dance company of a public art center in 2004. Kanamori has been the advisor in arts policy for the city of Niigata since 2014. He has won many awards including the prestigious Japanese Minister of Education, Culture, Sport, Science and Technology Award.
Noism
The residential dance company of RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center, Japan’s first residential dance company of a public art center. Noism was established as a residential dance company in April 2004 when artist Jo Kanamori was invited to serve as Artistic Director of the Dance Division by RYUTOPIA Niigata City Performing Arts Center. There are two companies within the company: the Noism1 with professional dancers and the Noism2 with apprentices. The company has performed in 11 cities in 8 countries overseas. Activities are wide-ranging, in 2009 has performed“ Nameless Poison – black monk” co-production with Chekhov International Theatre Festival and In August 2011, Noism was invited to the prestigious classical music festival, the Saito Kinen Festival Matsumoto 2011, directed by Seiji Ozawa. Global activity based in Niigata and the works that created dancer’s firm body has gained a high reputation from home and abroad. Today after more than 10 years since establishment, Noism continued to creative activities, in order to play a theater cultural development of part of the 21st century Japan.
