2023.12.07 UPDATE
Open Class for citizens
2024.2→3

I believe that performing arts and theater culture develops together with the audience. Through the open classes so far, I feel that we may be able to connect dance culture more broadly and deeply by not only “watching ↔ acting” in the theatre, but also by communicating and practicing, participating and experiencing together. I hope it will be an opportunity to share Noism’s daily endeavors with you and gain various insights. We continue by improving little by little so that more people can enjoy it from here on out. We look forward to your participation.

Noism Ballet

―Noism’s own ballet class based on classical ballet

●Noism Ballet (Intermediate)
Noism’s unique ballet class incorporates traditional ballet en dehors (external rotation) as well as en dedans (internal rotation) and parallel (vertical parallel) positions used in modern dance and oriental dance. The class also incorporates movements such as shifting the centre of gravity horizontally to build a body that can cope with the variety of movements and awareness required in contemporary dance.
This class includes more complex combinations than the beginners’ class. Recommended for those who want to challenge themselves a little.
