RYUTOKAI is a talk session event held with a variety of guests every time. It is an intellectually stimulating gathering where audience and experts who are active in various fields such as art, society, life, politics, thought, culture, management, etc., think together about modern society from their respective professional perspectives.

RYUTOKAI vol.26　Shuta Shibuya × Jo Kanamori

―Looking ahead to the world from Niigata.

Shuta Shibuya is originally from Niigata and founded Fuller, Inc. in 2011, which develops manufacturing specializing in digital applications such as mobile apps. In 2016, he was elected as one of the annual “30 people under the age of 30 representing Asia (Forbes 30 under 30 Asia)” by the financial magazine “Forbes”.
He moved his registered head office to Niigata on 15 November, 2020, the day of the 9th anniversary of Fuller, Inc. and started 2 headquarters system at Kashiwanoha and Niigata. His management philosophy is “To create the world’s best company that attracts people.”
Noism nurtures dance specialists who will become international assets, and continues to create and disseminate performing arts from Niigata to the world.
Both release from Niigata and continue to take on challenges. Please enjoy the dialogue between two people from different industries looking ahead to the world.

Shuta Shibuya
Born in Niigata, in 1988. After graduating from National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Nagaoka College, he transferred to the University of Tsukuba, College of Policy and Planning Sciences. After working at GREE, Inc., he founded Fuller, Inc. in November 2011 and inaugurated as CEO. In 2016, Forbes, one of the world’s leading economic magazines, elected him as an important person under the age of 30, “30 under 30”. In June 2020, he made a U-turn to his hometown of Niigata. In September 2020, he was elected as the representative director of the Niigata Venture Association. In October 2020, he became a visiting professor at National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Nagaoka College. In December 2021, he won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Japan award. His vision is “To create the world’s best company that attracts people”.
