Last time during the Golden Week, we held “Stretching class that you can do at home” at Kayano Corporation’s Kamiokawa-maedori Model House “Conserve House”. It was well received, and we decided to hold the second event.
Yuki Yamada, Artistic Director of the Community Activities Division, and Yuka Asaumi, Rehearsal Director of Noism2, will hold a body workshop that you can do at home.
After relaxing the whole body with simple stretching, you will experience the greatness of the body and the fun of the body through various movements.
